What's inside your gift boxes?

Each box is curated with a selection of high-quality gourmet products — from truffle snacks, olive oils and artisan sweets to fine wines, teas, and design items. You can choose a pre-made box or build your own.

Can I create a custom gift box?

Yes! You can create your own hamper by choosing the box colour and selecting your favourite products. We'll hand-pack it beautifully for you.

Do you deliver outside of Barcelona city?

Yes — we deliver not only within Barcelona city but across the entire province of Barcelona, covering all major towns and coastal destinations.

Which cities and areas do you deliver to?

Barcelona (Eixample, Gràcia, El Born, Sarrià, and all neighbourhoods), L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Badalona, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Sabadell, Terrassa, Mataró, Sitges, Castelldefels, El Prat de Llobregat, Vilanova i la Geltrú, and many more locations across the Barcelona province. Whether you're sending to a city apartment, a beach house, an office, or a hospital — we'll get it there. Not sure if we cover your area? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm. Nationwide delivery across Spain is coming soon.

When will my order arrive?

We deliver Monday to Sunday, 9:00–20:00. Orders placed before 12:00 pm can often be delivered the same day, subject to availability. You can also select a future delivery date and your preferred time slot (morning, afternoon, or evening) directly at checkout. If you'd like the gift delivered within a specific 2-hour window (for example, between 11:00 and 13:00), simply add it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Can I add a personal message?

Absolutely. Every order includes a free handwritten message card. Simply write your note during checkout and we'll handwrite it by hand and place it inside the box — no printed labels, just a personal touch.

Are your products sustainable or local?

We prioritise products from small producers, many of which are organic, artisanal or local to Spain and Europe

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and American Express.

Can I return a gift box?

Because our gift boxes are made to order and include perishable food items, we're unable to accept returns. However, if anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description — we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?

Yes. We work with businesses of all sizes — from a handful of client gifts to large-scale team deliveries. We offer custom branding, bulk order discounts, and dedicated account management. Get in touch for a tailored quote.

Do you have alcohol-free options?

Yes. We have a curated selection of alcohol-free hampers — every bit as beautiful and premium as the rest of our collection, just without the wine.
