Return & Refund Policy
Because our gift boxes are made to order and include perishable or food-based items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on most products, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is any issue with your order — such as damaged items, incorrect products, or delivery problems — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Whats app + 34 613 009 550 or email info@giftboutiquebcn.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right, whether through a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.
Custom Hampers & Personalised Orders
All custom hampers and personalised gift boxes are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged during transit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t already been prepared or dispatched.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will gladly offer you one of the following options:

A store credit for future purchases

A full or partial refund to your original payment method (depending on the issue)
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval. You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
Please note:
Refunds are not issued for reasons related to taste preferences or if the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
