📦 What’s inside your gift boxes?
Each box is curated with a selection of high-quality gourmet products — from truffle snacks, olive oils and artisan sweets to fine wines, teas, and design items. You can choose a pre-made box or build your own.
🎨 Can I create a custom gift box?
Yes! You can create your own hamper by choosing the box colour and selecting your favourite products. We’ll hand-pack it beautifully for you.
📍 Do you deliver outside of Barcelona?
Currently we offer local delivery within Barcelona city for 10 €.
Nationwide delivery across Spain is coming soon.

⏱ When will my order arrive?
We deliver Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 12:00 pm can often be delivered the same day (subject to availability). You can also choose a future delivery date at checkout.
🎁 Can I add a personal message?
Absolutely. You can include a free message card with any order. Just write your note during checkout, and we’ll print it and include it inside the box.
🌱 Are your products sustainable or local?
We prioritise products from small producers, many of which are organic, artisanal or local to Spain and Europe.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure online payment platforms.
🔁 Can I return a gift box?
Due to the nature of food items, we don’t accept returns. However, if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
📦 Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes, we offer tailored gifting for businesses, events, and holidays. Please contact us for volume pricing or bespoke requests.
